Comunicado de prensa:

El miércoles 26 de abril, el Excelentísimo Embajador de la República Popular de China en nuestro país, Señor Tang Heng, recibió a una representación de organizaciones de la sociedad civil de Costa Rica, que le manifestaron el apoyo a la iniciativa por la Paz y una solución política negociada para el conflicto Rusia – Ucrania.

Luego de la presentación de los participantes en este encuentro con el señor Embajador, el señor Tang Heng manifestó que la postura de la República Popular de China y del Presidente Xi Jinping, de los esfuerzos por sentar en la mesa de negociaciones a las partes en el Conflicto, a partir de la propuesta conocida como «Los Doce Puntos” no es otra que la política que ha caracterizado siempre a China como una nación que busca y promueve la Paz.

El Embajador Tang Heng, señaló que han compartido la mencionada iniciativa, tanto en la visita que el Presidente Xi Jinping hiciera recientemente a Rusia a su homólogo Vladimir Putin, como en la reciente visita del Presidente Luis Ignacio Lula da Silva a China y con la conversación telefónica que tuviera este mismo miércoles con el Presidente de Ucrania Volodymyr Zelensky. El señor Embajador también informó que un alto Representante Especial sería enviado por el Gobierno de China a realizar una serie de visitas a varios países, en primer lugar Rusia y Ucrania, para impulsar la tarea de procurar la concreción de la apertura de ese espacio y mesa de negociación y paz.

Los participantes en el encuentro con el Embajador Tang Heng, saludaron estos esfuerzos y manifestaron el interés en aportar desde Costa Rica, un país sin Ejército y amante de la Paz, realizando varias actividades para las próximas semanas entre las que están la convocatoria y realización de un “Encuentro” con diversas organizaciones y personas del país, que puedan escuchar el mensaje de China, en la persona de su Embajador, de la política en búsqueda de la Paz del conflicto Rusia- Ucrania y concretamente de la iniciativa de «Los doce puntos” de la propuesta, así como de los avances que para la fecha de tal evento se hayan avanzado en este tema. Dicho encuentro, se espera, pretendería también acordar un «Llamado para la Paz» como conjunción de las voluntades y compromisos de los costarricenses, con la salida negociada al conflicto Rusia-Ucrania y que, desde este pequeño país, las voces de la Paz se puedan hacer escuchar en Latinoamérica y el Mundo.

La reunión finalizó con el interés y disposición de la representación de la República Popular de China en nuestro país de facilitar toda la información y actualización de las acciones de China respecto a sus esfuerzos para alcanzar la Paz y de parte del grupo de visitantes costarricenses de constituirse como agrupamiento “Llamado por la Paz Mundial” y continuar con actividades para organizar y realizar el citado evento para junio próximo.

Al encuentro con el señor Embajador de China asistieron representantes de Red de Solidaridad con Palestina, Centro de Amigos para la Paz-CAP, Asociación Costarricense de Derechos Humanos, ACODEHU, Observatorio de Derechos Humanos, Partido Obrero Socialista y el Partido Vanguardia Popular, quien por su relación de amistad con la República Popular de China y del Partido Comunista de China, hizo posible se concretara dicha visita. El Señor Embajador Tang Heng, estuvo asistido por la Agregada de la Embajada de China, señorita Sung Tong.

THOUGHTS ABOUT RUSSIA’S ROLE IN UKRAINE AND NATO’S USE OF DEPLETED URANIUM (DU)   

(R stands for Russia, U for Ukraine)

Background: UK (serving NATO policies) has proudly anounced its  sending of DU ammunition to Ukraine. It seems that some voices claim that R is using DU as well. Important: DU WEAPONS ARE ONE TYPE OF NUCLEAR (or URANIUM) WEAPONS.

– R doesn’t need DU. It’s “special operation” has been strategically successful already in February/March 2022 and since then it is grinding down the U army, associated fascist gangs, foreign mercenaries and more and more of NATO military hardware and militaries (be they disguised as mercenaries, “advisers” or whatever). It’s declared goal is to demilitarize Ukraine and to eliminate the great number of Nazi terrorists there. Because of NATO’s ever stronger involment R is now aditionally in the process to demilitarizing more and more of NATO itself. Many NATO countries already complain that they wouldn’t have the weapons to defend themselves if needed. They have sent them to U where R  destroys them at an industrial scale.

– Much of the frontline still is in the part of Ukraine where the people have voted for (re-)joining Russia, just as Crimea years ago. All these territories are considered by R as belonging to R’s national territory, which therefore will be defended with ALL means available. R certainly has neither interest nor intention to poison these fertile regions for millions of years with DU.

– DU spreads with dust, water etc. for millions of years. This means that it will contaminate also parts of Russia with no ukrainean past and their waters, including the Black sea and therefore the shores of southern R, Turkey and also NATO countries. Water flows in great quantity from the Black Sea to the whole Mediterranian, contaminating it with DU for millions of years. This will very seriously damage the options for a good future of ALL Mediterranean countries of Europe (including many NATO members), West Asian shores and all North African countries.

– R has been warning against the use of DU for quite a while, saying once NATO includes DU in it’s “help” for Ukraine it will have crossed the threshold to nuclear war.

– It seems the Anglo Zionist regimes want to poisen Eurasia in any feasible way. A revenge for Eurasian refusal to take orders from Washington?

– Are there trustworthy sources to prove that R is using DU in Ukrania or anywhere? (Hint: After all their lies western media and government statements cannot qualify as “proofs”)

– Arming the U army with DU is only the latest in a very long chain of NATO war crimes. The damage done will by no means be “only” a local, a European or Eurasian problem. For millions of years DU cancer dust and nano particles will haunt humanity and biosphere of the blue planet. Ukraine is one of the world’s key exporters of agricultural products such as wheat, sunflower seeds and much more. Some European countries have already stopped importing from this war torn country. So the carcinogenic products will end in poor countries which don’t have the means to detect DU and in the ever more countries where the regimes do not care about “their” population. Possibly we are observing yet another element of the genocidal “population reduction plans” powerful fascist circles promote since before Hitler’s time.

These are just a few of so many aspects of this dangerous war.  I am no expert of R, U, DU or war. If certain statements seem wrong or other ones missing please let us know to improve and enrich this text!
