bringt auf die Dauer ABO-Power.
Statt immer wiederkehrender Verreuterung der Meldungen, Übernahme imperialistischer Kampfbegriffe, Verharmlosungen, bewusster Falschetikettierungen, sprachlicher Nebelkerzen ( wie”Auslandseinsätze”, “NGO”s, “Menschenrechtsorganisationen”) stünde es der Tageszeitung “junge Welt” gut an, aktuell bei Artikeln über Nicaragua etwas genauer hinzusehen. Zur zugegebenermaßen etwas komplizierten Lage unter Präsident Ortega sollte die jW mehr Zentral-& Lateinamerika-Kenner Vorort befragen. Im “Internet-Zeitalter” ist das mit entsprechendem “erkenntnisleidenden Interesse” relativ einfach zu bewerkstelligen. Nur muss ein solches Interesse auch ausreichend vorhanden sein. Natürlich muss die jW verschiedene linke Positionen zum Thema zu Wort kommen lassen. Es geht in Nicaragua um eine klassische Decapitation, den Versuch eines “Regime-Change” , eine OTPOR-“bunte Revolution”, mit tiefen Wirkungen bis in die Solidaritätsbewegungen in Europa. Etwas, was mit der CUBA-Si-Bewegung auch versucht wurde, mit der US-EU-Propaganda wegen “Menschenrechtsverletzungen”, “Unterdrückung der Meinungs- & Pressefreiheit”, “Zensurmaßnahmen” im “diktatorischen Kuba (Gregor Gysi). (deren “Opfer” ich übrigens bei der Buchmesse Havanna 2006/07 geworden bin und darüber hier berichtet HaBE).
Das mit dem “Regime-Change” in Kuba hat nicht geklappt, in Venezuela auch nicht. Da muss jetzt Ortega gestürzt werden. Nun, es gibt nicht wenige Punkte, an denen er sich angreifbar gemacht hat … aber das ist bei den “Regime-Change” -Versuchen immer eine der Voraussetzungen, sonst würden die US-Imperialisten dafür nichts investieren …. Auch hier rechnet das Kapital gefühllos binnenrational das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis.
Nicht nur im Falle Nicaraguas hat sich aber bei der jW eine Neigung zur Kombattibilität mit der”farbrevolutionären” Richtung entwickelt, die dem US-Anliegen (und dem der EU gleichfalls) wohl ungewollt aber objektiv Vorschub leistet. Hier ein weiterer Versuch der Nachhilfe dagegen für die jW-Redaktion: die regelmäßigen “NOTICIAS DEL SUR” aus Zentralamerika:

Dear friend, below you find some more counter-current information, particularly about imperial aggression against Nicaragua and Latin America and beyond, including very worthwhile radio and video links.
Sadly, more and more, the whole Caribbean region is threatened by the bloody claws of a desperate empire, which tries to kill all the attempts to work for social progress, political sovereignty and independence in the impoverished Latin American nations. Among the reasons for the imperial greed are as usual “strategic factors” such as natural and human resources, location and in our case, the fact that the Caribbean Region has the bad luck of neighbouring the center of the worst empire this planet has ever seen without having powerful nations such as China or Russia close by for protection…
Do we accept that this wonderful part of the planet soon might look like Afghanistan, Somalia, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Yemen and other victims of “humanitarian” wars?
Do we want to live with war(s) for ever – or more likely till the final nuclear war?
The most wonderful flower in the garden of our hopes, the BUEN VIVIR FOR ALL – do we want to see it trampled before our eyes?
